Our managed services plans are perfect for businesses that want to be in complete control of their IT support.

We provide all of the benefits of an internal IT department for a fraction of the cost of staffing one yourself. We will optimise your network’s performance so it performs at the peak efficiency and reliability levels that your business demands, allowing you to focus on your most important task – running your business.

We offer three plan levels to suit different requirements:

1. The MONITOR plan provides basic support with all additional services available on a time and materials basis. You will be allocated a personal IT Consultant who will take the time to understand your business and only be a phone call away to provide support services as required. We will monitor your IT network using sophisticated monitoring software and resolve any minor issues that occur. All plans commence with a thorough site survey and analysis discussion so we fully understand your environment and can provide proactive and constructive advice.

2. The MANAGE plan provides everything as above plus an agreed number of support hours per month during which your Consultant will attend your premises to attend to your IT management face-to-face. All of the additional services listed below can be addressed during this time or via remote support.

3. The COMPLETE plan is our most popular plan. It offers the total management and maintenance of your IT systems for a fixed monthly cost. All issues will be addressed and resolved as part of your contract. Your Consultant will be onsite each week or fortnight and provide unlimited remote support. All aspects of your network are covered: security, data protection, desktops, applications and hardware. We handle it all for a single predictable price.
